Answers to common questions concerning rental procedures

Have a question about our services? We have tried to answer most of them in this section.

• Who can hire the material?

We hire material only to Decorators, Wedding Planners, Event Management companies etc. We don’t hire to direct end user.

• How can I hire the material?

You can hire the material by registering yourself with us.

• What is the Registration procedure?

Following is the Registration procedure
a) We would require your company visiting card
b) We would require your personal ID Proof
c) 2 Contact numbers of your company
d) 1 reference from our existing customer

•How does the pricing work?

Most prices quoted are for a one day event. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

• How and when do I pay?

Payment is due before items are released to a customer. A 50% deposit is required on the initial order, the balance due upon release of the order.

• When should I make my reservations?

Early planning ensures product availability. We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The reservation fee is your assurance that the items requested will be available on the day you request. In so much as we will turn other people away to accommodate your reservation, cancellations can result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please be sure of your plans before making reservations.

• What about changes in my order?

Additions are welcome based on availability. Small deletions prior to release of order can be accommodated. Major deletions can result in forfeiture of deposit.

• Is there a charge for delivery and pickup?

We request you to arrange for self Pickup & Delivery. However Delivery and pickup are available at a nominal fee throughout our service area. Deliveries are from our Go-down @ Wilson garden to your venue. Set up and knock down services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance. Please call our office for rates and scheduling.

• When will my rental items be delivered/picked up?

The delivery/pickup date & time will be provided on your reservation contract at the time you place your order.

• Will my rental items be set up and taken down?

Set up and take down services are available for an additional charge. These arrangements MUST be made in advance of delivery and pickup.

• What is my responsibility for rented items return?

Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. If there is damage/loss of items the renter should compensate for the same.
