1. Waterproof tents
Having an outdoor ceremony is a great idea but if the rain gods decide to bless you with the shower, you must have a contingency plan ready with the waterproof tents. 2. Portable fans
Make sure you have portable fans, coolers or air conditioner facilities ready in the outdoor lawn or the garden. 4. Decorations

Delicate flowers might go stale super soon if the functions are going to go on for the entire day.
